Return Terms :
You can make a return request for products within 14 days from the time the request was received in cases of manufacturing defects (only).
The product is not returned in the event (I changed my mind) by the customer
Return Conditions :

If found any manufacturing defects or not incompliance with the original specifications.

The availability of the original Invoice.

The return must only be within 24 hours of delivery.

Boxes and packing material have to be in the original condition and the product has to be unused and box unopened.

Returns are for replacement or merchandise credit only. The value shall not include any shipping charges.

In the case of payment by Visa or in installments, all fees paid, such as bank commission and tax, will be deducted from the amount and the rest of the amount will be returned to the customer in the same way of payment

All items must be returned complete and in their original boxes or packages with all original

Parts/documentation. If items are not returned with their packages or if any other item or documentation is missing, products will not be accepted as a return item.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. The customer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges
Exchange Conditions :
1- The product has to be in original condition, sealed and box unopened.
2- The availability of the original invoice.
3- The exchange must only be within maximum of 3 days from the delivery.
4- Exchange should be with the same value.
5- All exchange must to be shipped under customer responsibility. The customer is responsible for any return or exchange.
General Conditions

you could return an item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
